MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING
MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING

During this pandemic it is important that everyone takes care of their personal health and wellbeing. Below are some links to access support.

Lifelink Counselling Services has now gone remote to enable the delivery of counselling sessions by telephone or video call during this time of social distancing. Click here for additional links and apps

Counselling sessions will take the form of telephone or video sessions based on the young person’s preference and will still work in-line with the regular counselling model of delivery. Plans are already in place to continue supporting those pupils in our school already benefitting from this support but new referrals can be made either by calling 0141 552 4434 or online at Lifelink.org.uk https://www.lifelink.org.uk/make-a-referral/ .
