Enrolment information:
John Paul Academy is a coeducational Catholic secondary school which serves the north west of Glasgow and the towns of Bearsden and Milngavie in East Dunbartonshire. Children attending St Nicholas' Primary in Bearsden are entitled to enrol in John Paul Academy.
Parents wishing to enrol their child at the school should initially contact their headteacher if their child is in primary school and within John Paul Academy’s catchment area. Parents are informed by the Primary School their child attends about the secondary provision within the area. For those children who live within the catchment area of John Paul Academy the choice of this school will be made known to us by the Primary School without any further action on the part of the parents.
If they live outside the catchment area they should send a Placing Request to the CBS Hub, who deal with all Placing Requests for Glasgow schools.This also applies to parents who wish to send their child at a later stage of education to John Paul Academy.
